These paintings are significant because they save space in your game. They are all compiled in one nifty little package with unlimited frame color options. Why the fish frame you ask? Because these are a dedication to leesester for helping me out so much yesterday. Let's just say I know her fetish. 
Credits: to my LivingSims forum family for that thread that teaches us how to compile multiple portraits in one frame instead of having thousands in our buy/build mode catalog.
